Hmong College Students of Minnesota (HCSM) serves as a bridge among students, community leaders, and scholars within the Hmong community and the broader American community. Our goal is to promote higher education, to address the concerns and needs of Hmong students as well as the Hmong community through providing leadership opportunities and to serve as an academic, social, and networking resource for Hmong students. We are a channel through which students can develop and display their talents and creativity. HCSM serves as an exemplary, professional, and scholarly student coalition for the Hmong community.
