Hmong College Students of Minnesota (HCSM) was founded on the mutual cooperation and collaboration of various Hmong-interest college students throughout Minnesota. Initially created to provide a support network for these organizations, it has grown into a large college student community committed to the preservation and celebration of Hmong culture, as well as, promoting higher education to the youth. HCSM also works to educate and advocate the issues affecting the Hmong communities. Although HCSM is dedicated towards developing an intimate inter-organizational network, it also recognizes that every organization is committed to its own set of priorities and interests. HCSM provides resources, people, and information to help organizations accomplish their goals and benefit the Hmong community at large.
