March 2006 Bimonthly Digest #1 March 5, 2006

Hi HCSM Members,

We hope your March is off to a great start! HCSM has been quite busy and we’ve been getting lots of help from our awesome and dedicated members. Some upcoming HCSM Events include: Participation at the Hmong National Development (HND) Conference and Elections Meeting. We are looking for lots of volunteers to help us at the HND Conference, please read the digest for specific details.

On another note, thank you to everyone who came to our 2nd Annual Statewide Conference. We had a fabulous turnout of 250 people from over 25 different schools around MN and WI and 20 different organizations. We’re glad to have recruited more members and hope that you will stay involved. For new members, these digests are a bimonthly update on HCSM, our affiliate member school, and leadership opportunities available. Please stay involved in HCSM and “make HCSM part of your life” as quoted by HCSM President, Mai Ka Moua.
